Hi
Both me and my wife work here in USA.
We are planning to invite my mother and mother-in-law to USA (only mother and MIL. no father and FIL). possible they might travel to USA on different dates/months. And also possible they might get appointments on two different dates or different timings on same day.
so, few questions
1. in the letter to consulate, should I mention about both my mom's and mil's visit? If yes, how do I mention? any sample letter?
2. in the I134, should I mention about both of them? If yes, how do I mention? any sample document?
3. should I sponsor alone, or add my wife's details also as in sponsorship? for example, should we both submit our payslips, employment letters, bank verification letters, bank statements etc from both of us?
4. mother and mil have bank accounts in India. do they have to provide their statements or bank passbooks?
5. if they have to submit their bank statements or passbooks, do they have provide proof of the source of income? mother has regular deposits into the account from various rental payments etc., but there is no proof of property owning on her name. so how do I support the source of income into her bank account?
please let me know if any suggestions or advise on the above questions.
thanks
Anil
