H1B vs Green card - visitor visa ( URGENT )

Hello,

I have taken appointment for my parents 2 months back from VFS, Bombay. That time I was on H1B visa. I got my GC last month. Do I need to update DS-156 form to change my status from h1B to GC ( LPR) ? do I need to refill DS-156 form again & resubmit. ?
Please advise...

You don't have to submit any documents again.

If convenient, send the copy of your greencard (or stamp) to them, just in case they ask the question.
