ITR of last 3 years
My brother is sponsoring my parents for USA Visitor Visa. Currently my father owns a small cloth store. His income for last 3 years is not taxable. So he is not having ITR of last 3 years. The last ITR proof he has is of year 2008 i.e. 4 years back from today. Please let me know what should I furnish instead of ITR of last 3 years?

If his income was not enough to require him to file the income tax returns in last 3 years, then he does not have to produce them.Immihelp Support
