h4 visa expires

Hi there,
My mom is going to interview on sept 19th and my h4 is going to expire on oct 14th as well as my husbands h1 also. But husbands employer has applied for extension. In this situation do they reject my mom visa because visa is getting expire. please let me know how can we solve this problem.

You can probably send a copy of the receipt notice for the H1 extension...
