If anyone could help with this question it would be greatly appreciated. My girlfriend wants to visit me from Russia. She fully intends on returning to Russia since she would be leaving behind her daughter, a nice job & her apartment. In order to have the best chance of her getting a visa should she list me as a sponsor & or a contact on her visa application? We have no intention of getting married on this visit, she only wants to visit. What should we do? We want to make sure everything is done correctly & legally. We don't want to risk her not being able to get a visa of any kind for the next ten years. Thank you for your help & responses.
