My 485 is pending and I am travelling using EAD/AP..

Inviting/sponsering my In-laws

Quick questions:

In the forms shoudl I mention my legal status as "AOS" or 'Adjustment of Status" or "Adjustment Of Status pending"?

Or It doesn't matter at all??

Your status is I485 AOS pending (and enclose a copy of the I485 receipt notice as proof). If you want to, you can explain that in the cover letter to the consulate. Just AOS may mean something...it could be from an F1 - H1! among several other scenarios.
