My parents have 10 year multiple visa which is going to expire in Feb 2013. They are planning to visit me in November 2nd week 2012. Can I book their return tickets for May first week of 2013 which will be less than 6 months stay but it is after visa expiration date. Is it right thing to do? Will it cause a problem with immigration officer as why my parents reserved the return ticket after visa expiration date? My intention is to avoid visa extension and still they can get to stay 6 months provided they get their I-94 stamped for 6 months.
