My mother is with me for a 6 months stay ,her I 94 expires on 28th Nov
I am applying for extension of stay
Please clarify
1.what reasons can I state in my letter.
2.Whether original I 94 to be sent or copy.
3. If she leaves before a reply is received ,she has to have I 94 with her , if original is sent along with I 539,what shld you do?
4.Whether her return flight ticket which is on 22nd Nov be changed to a later date say in April2013 & copy sent to USCIS
5.Whether I 134 from me is sufficient or she should submit her bank statements ( bank balance in SB and FD in India )
6.In I 134 whether boarding and room is sufficient,shld any amt be mentioned.
7. Whether computerised bank statements can be downloaded for the bank balance and sent .
