I filed I-130 for my spouse while I was an LPR. USCIS received this on 1/2/2013 and is pending. I have just been approved for my citizenship. I want to send a letter to USCIS to upgrade my petition and at the same time file for the I/129 (K-3) visa. How do I do this?
