Need Help Getting ECR Stamp Removed
Hi Everybody,
I'm currently in Dubai and I got a job here. I got a Residence VISA stamped on my Passport, but the problem is the Passport has the ECR Stamp.
I would like to remove the ECR stamp from Dubai itself, but I don't have any of my original Educational certificates, I only have copies.
I have a PAN Card, but no proof of Filing Tax Returns in India.
I would like to know if there is a way to remove the ECR Stamp while i'm still in Dubai, maybe using the Work Visa that I have on the Passport ?
