Hello All,
I need to divorce my wife.
She has an affair outside marriage and I have collected all evidence to prove this.
I got married in a Christian Church in India, now I am in USA. I have my h1 with gc 140 approved and wife is on h4.
Please let me know the easiest way to file for divorce?
Can this be done in USA or does it have to be done in India? How does the process work?
can you suggest any law firm for this.
