  • Two part question

My brother in law has a current B2 multi entry visa. His daughter is a legal resident of the states (soon to be a citizen). He and his wife just returned from the states in June after a 6 month visit. The daughter is having some problems and he would like to return to help and is concerned he will be denied entry. On the FAQ it says 6 months between visits is recommended. What documentation would help2nd ques him get access again. I told them to tell the truth INS had heard it all before lololol.

Second questions: If he flys to Guam then catches a plane to the states, will he have to go through immigration again? They seem to think that if they get into Guam (which is easier) then they don't have to worry about immigration again.

    Thanks all

If they are processed in Guam as entrants, and get a Guam stamp (AGA, or something like that), they won't be processed on the mainland.

If they just stop at Guam or refueling, and are kept in a secure area, they will be processed at a mainland Port of Entry.
