Don't know about the past but there are many Ukrainians are being monitored for Ebola right now! And they say there are really ill people there! Their cases must be declared as confirmed ones but they are not!
I've got some friends working there in the Ukraine and they are really alarmed. Ukrainian president Poroshenko is doing in most weird way. He should declare quarantine regime for his country long ago. Instead he's getting ready for parliamentary elections 'course he wants to get more political scores for his party. In case the elections are held later his party will just have far less popularity. That's the usual political stir but he can't stay idle no more leaving his people face Ebola amid lack of relevant precautions!!
May president be punished for such irresponsibility, I wonder?
