I am Filipina married to an Indian and I am a Singapore Permanent Resident. My Indian husband is New Zealand Citizen but holding OCI who is living in India for the past 5 yrs. Both of us were divorced and got remarried in India recently. I have my own son who is studying in Singapore and will be in Secondary 3 starting January 2015. We have an intention to move to India permanently and I want my son to continue his study in India (he is from my previous marriage and he’s still using the surname of his biological father). I want him to live with us in India permanently and study there starting 2015. He is turning 17 coming March 2015.
What are the requirements and the steps that we need to do in order for him to study and be with us in India permanent?
