Qatar entry visa (befor stampin RP)

Hello,
Dear Immihelp,

thank you for this great forum !

I have recieved a work contract and an entry visa to qatar (with this sponsor 1)
after 3 days I have recieved a new contract with higher benifits form another qatari company. (sponsor 2)
Now they're waiting me to send my docments to apply for a visa
The problem is that the first company have already sent to me an entry visa to work in qatar.
I heard that I can change my sponsor in qatar before getting the RP from the first sponsor
but I'm still in my home country and did not travel to qatar until now.
Is there any solutions that I can apply it from my country to change my entry visa sponsorship ?
can I by changing (renewing) my passport can I re-apply for a entry visa with the second company without any problems ?

you may be all right since you have not yet entred Qatar and your visa is not yet stamped but your new company sponser 2 will need to check how to apply new visa for you and may request old sponser 1 to cancel exsiting visa
