Hi,
I would like to get some info on proceeding with applying for an OCI card for my child.
I am an Indian citizen but he is not. I notice that PIO has been replaced with OCI now. My child is 2 and half years old.
I tried with the form at http://passport.gov.in/oci/welcome but when I start on 'New OCI Registration' it asks details such as
"It is mandatory to upload Applicant's image and Applicant's signature image during OCI-Registration." How can a 2 year old sign?
Any tips from others who have done this before would be appreciated.
