Transit visa

good morning,

my husband is holding an indian passport with a residence card of a family member of an EEA National.

he is travelling to Dominican Republic, but he will land in Germany 3 hours as a transit.

i would like to know if he require a transit Germany visa

yes he will more than likely need a transit visa
