Singapore Transit Visa

Dear Sir,



I am an Indian Citizen traveling from Manila to Channai – India ( Round Trip). I am taking tow different flights via Singapore, namely: Cebu Pacific Airlines from Manila to Singapore and Indian Airlines from Singapore to Chennai((India). But I have to check-out my Baggage in Singapore and check-in to Chennai. And I have nearly 7to 8 hours transit break in Singapore Airport. But I am don’t go out of the Airport.

So, do I need to have transit visa in Singapore?. What are the formalities I have to fulfill?

And I am following the same airlines and route when I return from Chennai to Manila after 32 days.

Dear Sir,

I am travelling a Filipino Passport flying to Darwin Australia, my route of trip is from Manila to Singapore and i will stop over in Singapore for 6 hours before flying going to Darwin. Do i need to require a transit visa in Singapore?
