Visitor visa for Mexico

Hello,

I need to apply for visitor visa for Mexico (my US visa is expired).

1) The following website states that the photo size for visa is 32 mm x 26 mm

2) The following website states the photo size is 2 inch x 2 inch

I am confused what is the appropriate the photo size required for the tourist visa for Mexico. Your suggestions would be very helpful.
