need help asap! valid b2 visa with pending i-131

Hi, I'm holding a valid b2 visa and i'm not overstayed in the US. My i-94 will be expired in 40 days. I will travel to Canada for 3 days only next week. I recently file i-485 and i-131 advance pArole but it is pending. My husband is a us citizen. I called uscis regarding my trip to canada without i131 but my i94 is still valid. Actually i called them 4 times because im not sure with thr answer. 2 officers checked my case and they said im good to go sincr my visa, passport, and i-94 are still valid. I can use that to reenter the us without abandoning my adjustment of status petition. Other 2 officers said that no matter i have a valid i94, once i filed the adjustment of status, i cant go outside the us. Im confused now, pls help since my trip is ahead, thx a lot!

I suggest you avoid going to canada, if it is not very important.
If you must go, talk to a good immigration attorney before leaving.
Technically, you can reenter with an AP but there can be other issues in your
immigration history that can make them stop you.
