hi there, my brother is a us citizen. 3 years back he has sponsored my mother to visit USA she received 10 years multi entry visa. now today my brother intends to summon both my parent to visit USA. as my mother already has visa he is filing for my father's visitor visa, so should he mention that my mother is also going to accompany my father or not ? and if yes does he require to show bank balance for both the parent.?
    please reply asap.

Since they are both traveling , your mother must be mentioned as a companion in dad's DS 160 , by whoever is completing the DS 160.
They will definitely ask your dad in the interview, why his wife has not applied. And if she already has the visa will she be travelling.
    Must be truthful about this.

If your bro is sending the I-134 , he needs to mention only your dad in the affidavit.
Also, remember that bro's annual income( tax return/bank statement) is important and not just the bank balance.
