Does 10 year multiple entry b2 get void if b2 extension is denied past i94 date and overstayed?
I am reading mixed reviews from people. Please advice.

The problem is that your visa doesn't get automatically revoked - you are left in gray area until you try to enter again.

Entry is always at the discretion of border control at the port of entry and they have lots of options depending on your situation - no one here can tell you 100% what they will do - except that they will look at your visa and the dates and if you left within 30 days of the denial date on the letter (bring the letter with) and it's your first time overstay then maybe you'll be lucky and they will not enforce 222(g) - this is best case scenario for most people - but not all people are this lucky.

Sometimes they don't void the visa and grant you entry for only 30-60 days (and next time you're 100% clear)
Sometimes they void the visa but still grant you entry for 30-60 days (so that next time you have to get a new visa)
Sometimes they void visa and deny entry.

If you are able to apply for a new visa then this would be best - 100% clear.

If you stayed longer than 30 days or have multiple overstays then hope for best but plan for worse.

If you apply to extend your permit, and your visitor visa expires while you are waiting for a decision then we recommend that you apply to extend your stay at least 45 days before your authorized stay expires.
