I am applying for my parents visa extension for 6 months.
1) I am only filing one I-539 (for both parents). Is the filing fee =$290 (because it is one application) or $290 x 2 = $580 for both parents?
2) I am only filing I-539 from the state of Arizona. Should I snail-mail my application to the mailing center in California or to the Dallas lockbox facility? The instructions are not very clear.
