Finding B2 Visa Extension Document from 2008

My mom recently applied for a B2 visa but the consulate has asked her to provide her 2008 visitor visa extension letter she received in 2008. Her extension was approved but she left for home before she received the letter. Can anyone please let me know where can I locate this document.

She must have given some US address when she applied for the ext. in 08 . Check with those people, if they have kept it.
If that is not possible, you will have to contact the USCIS. Call their helpline. I am not sure after 6 years how easy that will be .
Or if that does not work, If the expense allows, contact an attorney ;he can help you retrieve a copy from USCIS.
