B2 Visa Extension Questions

I would like to clarify the following questions on ELIS while completing I-539 for B2 Visa Extension.

1. Are you filing this benefit request for status based on a Principal Alien's nonimmigrant status? (Should this be Yes or No) if we are requesting B2 extension?

2. How should I respond to this question "Do you currently have the Form I-94, I-94W, or I-95 issued to you in your possession?" I did not receive a paper- I-94 but retrieved the digital version online.

3. "Do you have a Form I-94/I-94W/I-95 Arrival-Departure Record Number OR an entry stamp in your passport to establish that you entered under the Visa Waiver Program Electronic System for Travel Authorization?* For this question, should I say Yes or No being an Indian passport holder and not eligible for the visa waiver program? -

For 2, it is normal not to send I-94 since now it is all electronic. I did not send it while I applied for extension for my in-laws this past month. As we did not have i94 as well.

For 3, It is NO since you did not enter through visa waiter program

B2 extension applition - will visa become void if denied?

Hello,

I am in the process of filing my B2 stay extension. Could someone clarify the following:

If my extention application gets denied, will my 10 year multiple-entry B2 visa become void?
