Please provide me help. I am writing you the whole story , I have applied for the extension of my M1 status as my course went behind the granted extension due to some mandatory development classes that i have took. well , I have applied for 6 month extension and got denial with the letter to apply for petition/motion of reconsideration form I290B, i applied for motion of reconsideration , with newly issued I-20 ( reinstatement) . The date I asked in my extension was the July 1,2013 , during the reopened I 539b , I have been completed my course and graduated . After graduation I decided to left USA . While my I 539b was pending for decision , i left US. when I reached back home ,after that USCIS sent me an letter for REF , but as i already left the US so i sent a withdrawal letter to USCIS from back home, as i no more needed any extension for any reason. USCIS, later sent me an acknowledgment letter for accepting my withdrawal. I am attaching both the letters.
I have 5years multiple b2 visa (still valid for one more year ).
I want to visit back on same b2 visa . I stayed in my home country about 10 months and I am a govt. employee here.
my Question are?
1) Can I re visit USA.
2) Is my B2 still valid.
3) What are my chance to reenter .
