Visitors Visa for Parents

Hi ,

I am currently in US on H1B and planning to call my parents to visit me . I have one elder brother but he is in Canada. I am afraid that if my parents tell the truth that my brother is in Canada there are chances to get visa rejected. Also me and my parents are planning to visit by brother to Canada during this trip . My parents go their Canada visa approved few weeks back . I too have Canada visa.

I am going to sponsor my parents since we don't have enough funds to show in their account. Also my dad has business .

My concern is how shall we show strong ties back to India for them ,as even they have business I am sponsoring them and only son and daughter are outside country.

Please help.

well there is no other way because
children and income are the two most important ties the decision is based on.

They should not lie about bro in canada because follow up questions can reveal the truth.

Even if he shows self funding ,"both the children outside india" can bring on a denial I am afraid.

THey just have to take a chance with it, some officers are lenient and they may just get lucky.
