My parents have 10 years multiple entry visa and are currenty visiting US. We want to extend their stay for 6 more months this time. They were here 2 years back and returned to home country in 6 months.
I read some material on the site and it says that if extension is rejected, their visa gets cancelled and have to reapply. Did they mean visa extension or its applicable to I-94 extension also.
Secondly, I wanted to know if someone has a sample letter that goes with the I-539 form (indicating reason for extension) and also what should I write in the reasons-like some probable reasons that are usually accepted.
