Today I went for the interview after asking all question vo Hand over me 221 g and ask some question about my sibling and all
My question what is that mean is I get a visa Becoz he kept my passport

By "221g," do you mean a document which stated "221g" and asked you for something else?

By keeping your passport, that does not mean your visa is approved, as the "221g" form may have asked for something else or that you were on temporary Administrative Review. Look at the document more carefully and post any additional information from it.

Did you provide, in writing, all the information requested on the "221G' form?

Please clarify what you mean by "vo."

What visa type are you applying for? The DS-160 is for a nonimmigrant visa, so are you applying for a fiancee visa or a visitor visa?

Do you have a work or residence visa for living in Spain?

Without seeing the "221G" form you received it's not possible to tell whether you were denied, put on short or long-term Administrative review, and/or whether the Embassy will be doing some checking of its own on your background. When I processed an Afghan national with Swiss residency, the U.S. Embassy there checked on his background with staff or contractors in Kabul and couldn't find out anything about him (he had been gone from Afghanistan for about 12 years). He was denied.

"VO" is not a recognized acronym routinely used beyond the discussions in this forum, apparently. To me, it seemed like you were referring to a a class of liquor.

Nobody can tell you how long your Administrative Review status might extend, because we don't really know what he had on his mind.

Most of these I see, usually in Philippines, last 4 weeks to 8 months. The one I had in Switzerland went on for about 4 months.

That's not necessarily true. At some consular posts there is an in-house bias against certain categories of visa applicants (age disparity, hints of questionalble character), for which no clear denial reason can be given. Putting the applicant on Administrative Review indefinitely serves to move the decision to the next consular officer when rotation comes up. I've had a couple of packages on Embassy Admin Review for several months, had a Congressional office make a query. The response to the Congressional office within a week was that the applicant was on "administrative review" and no details could be given out. Soon afterwards (couple of weeks) a denial letter was in the mail.
