Once your I 94 has expired, can you still file I 130 and I 485 for your parents for GC. I 94 expired due to collecting supporting documents from India.

Hi, I have read in this forum that as long as the person entered legally he can file i130 and i485 especially an immediate relative of a US citizen.

Adjustment of Status can only be processed if the petitionable basis is "Immediate Priority," i.e., parents, spouse or children under age 21 of U.S. citizen
