visitor visa extention

Hello everyone,

My sister gave birth to premature baby in September and parents are here to help her with the child. My brother in law doesn't stay with them and my sister has really stressful 8-6 job. We were considering extension of my parents visa. Please can somebody help us with proper reason with which chances of their stay in US. We also looked for option of taking kid to india but my brother in law may not sign the PIO card for the kid. Can we give reason of premature kid saying my sister needs help of them in care-taking.

Visiting for care taking is a negative thing on B visa. Because it replaces an employment in the USA. So they are a bit against to it.

I think about your problem... but i can suggest you that you should go apply at least 45 days before your visa expires....
