Entered Date of Birth wrong in DS 160 application form

My husband filled the DS 160 form on behalf of my sister in law and entered her DOB wrong. Application is submitted electronically and visa appointment date is also booked. Is there a way to change the date now? He also mentioned that my mother in law is here with us, where as she left. First time when he applied the B2 visa for her, my mother in law was here, this time while re-applying he forgot to un-check that box. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Same case for me now, I entered wrong DOB of my Spouse in my last DS160 application (interview was held in Apr.2013, But visa got rejected that time).
Now I am applying for L1B Blanket VISA with spous L2 VISA, now we have entered correct DOB of wife, but my previous DS 160 was having Different DOB.
Is there would any problem in VISA interview?
