Visa extension of my Chils(1 year and 9 months)

Good day..!
We have been blessed with a Baby girl while I was in Canada during 2012 to 2013. I have been on Work Permit (ICT) during our stay there.
While coming back to India I have applied India Entry/Visitor Visa for my child on her Canada Passport. Inlight of my Work(Assistant Consultant - TCS), I was not able to extend her visa on time.
Now, I had to go to South Africa on work(ICT-WP). Now, I am in the process of applying South Africa Dependent Visa for my spouse and Child.
Please provide your expert advise and guide me on how to extend my Kid India Visa and then to apply South Africa Dependent visa for both my Spouse and Kid? I have been given necessary document by my employer to proceed applying the dependent visa.
