Extension is pending - Visitor left and coming back

I applied for 4 months extension for my mom. I did this 6 weeks before the expiry date on Mar 2. My mom left the county on June 1st. Still there is no any communication from USCIS.
She is planning to come in Aug as sister bought a new home. Did anyone had this situation? What should I do?

Hi. Any update on your situation? Did your Mom face any issues at POE without the approval of USCIS? Was she given full 6month I94 stay this time? I have a similar situation and any help on this is greatly appreciated.
