Hi all,
I have applied for visitor visa extension for my Father in law and mother is law for another six months. Their I94 expires on Jan 18th 06 and I applied for extension in the end of Nov. I am still waiting to hear back from USCIS. In the mean while my father in law changed his mind and would like to go before his I94 expires that is before Jan 18. Are there any complications if he leaves the country after he apply for extension and do not wait for the answer ??
Any help is appreciated.
