Hello,
I have a visitor visa stamp on my passport as B1/B2. My employer is setting up a new office in USA.
They are processing my L1. meanwhile, they are asking me to travel to USA on on B1/B2 visa to train a few people and conduct seminars.
They are saying if I have an invitation letter from the client in USA< then I an travel on the B1/B2 and do these work related activities..
I am concerned that I cannot do this on my B1/B 2 as it is a tourist visa sponsored by my sister.
Can someone help me understand if this is legal or allowed?
Thanks!
