Hi, My parents came to canada to visit my sister in Sepetmeber 2015. They already have USA visa and have been to USA before.
In the same month September 2015 parents traveled by road in Boston USA to visit me for couple of days. They got an I94 which is valid until March 23rd.
They returned back to canada after 2 day visit.
Today on March 5th parents came back to USA to stay for few months this time. But the immigration officers at the border (by road)
did not issue any new I94. They said the i94 is valid for this travel please go ahead.
What are our options to extend the I94 for the parents so they could stay for few months this time here in USA. Beyond March 23rd.
Please guide me here.
