B1/B2 visa overstaying

I came to the U.S 3 years ago when i was 16 years old, since then i overstayed and now i am finishing my high school. I went to the consulate to get some information about the change of visa, but they informed me that my stamp given when i first entered was expired. And so, since i am 19 years old now my boyfriend and i have decided we want to get marry then we can start out lives together. He is in the army for almost 1 year and half, and i wonder what steps do we have to take to start the paperwork of changing my information and my immigration status?
