B2 Visa extension : I-134 Item#10

Immi help,

I am on H1B. I applied B2-visa (Visitor Visa) for my mother-in-law and Father-in-law. They both got B2 visa stamped for 10 years multiple entry to USA. My mother-in-law came to USA and she has been granted stay in USA for 6 months.

Now, I want to apply to B2 - visa extension for my mother-in-law. As I need to fill I-134 again as a "Affidavit of Support" for B2-Visa extension, Can you please clarify on filling of I-134 Item#10.

Item#10 as per I-134: "I have submitted a visa petition(s) to U.S. Citizenshio and Immigration Services on behalf of following person(s).If none, state None"


1) What need to be mentioned for Item#10? (a) or (b) or (c) ?
(a) Both Mother-in-law and Father-in-law" (Both got B2-Visa stamped)?
(b) or should I mention only "Mother-in-law"(I am applying B2 visa extension only for Mother-in-law)?
(c) or shall I answer as "None"?

2) Is this Item#10 is only applicable for immigrant visa's? or Do we need to mention even non-immigrant visa details also?

That is applicable only for immigrant visa. So answer should be N/A.
