Hi,
I have sponsored visitor visa for my mother in 2009 when I was on H1 and I was single, she visited me when I was single and stayed with me 6 months during 2009/10.
Now I am married and on H4. My mother visited my family on June 22 2016 which is her second visit to USA and currently staying with us.Her return travel as of now is Dec 14 2016. We are planning to get her visitor visa extension. I have following concerns regarding her extension.
1 ) Can my husband fill I-134 financial affidavit for my mother as he is the one working now and on H1.
2) In the list of documents, they have asked for her return ticket, as of now her return ticket is Dec 14, 2016. Should I include the current ticket we have or reschedule it to some future date.
Please advice!!
