Extension of stay/B2 Visa

Hello,

I am filling for extension of stay (B2 visa) for my parents. Can you please let me know whether all forms (I-539 and I-134) and other supporting documents need to be printed one sided or both sided?

Additionally, on Form I-134, it asks for A-number (item 1d) if you are a permanent resident OR I-94 number (item 1e) if you entered on nonimmigrant visa. I am on EAD, so I am not yet a permanent resident and I am not on any visa. I have both A-number as well as I-94 number. Which item I should fil out (A-number or I-94)?

1. Wherever possible print two sided. There is no particular rule
2. Either one doesn't matter.
