Visitor visa extension filing address question

Hi,

I need to file visitor visa extension for my mother-in-law and wanted to confirm the filing address because under this link it does not specify the B-1/B-2 category. I am assuming it falls under "All other Forms I-539, including:" at the bottom of this page:

Is it advisable to send the documents to Dallas TX address or Lewisville TX address?

You can do e-file. That would be the easiest way .
