Hello.

I would like to obtain information regarding the extension of my B2 Tourist Visa.

Here are my questions:

1. In regards to I-539, Part 1
What is the Alien Registration Number ? On which document is it issued and where is it listed ?

2. In regards to Form I-94
Do you accept the Form downloaded from the Official Website of the Department of Homeland Security

If not, where can get its photocopy? I don’t recall receiving the original document.


3. I would like to pay the application fee with a money order. Does the conformation have to be attached to the documents that the applicant sends to the USCIS?

4. Do I have to extend the I-94 at any time ?

1. If you ever had a work permit (EAD), greencard etc., you have that. Otherwise, leave it blank.
2. Yes, use the downloaded one.
3. Send money order with the application.
4. You apply for the extension before the current I-94 expiration.
