Lost visa extension Approval .. Help Please..
Hi,
We applied for my mother-in-law visitor visa extension when she was here during one of her earlier visit. it was approved . her visa was expired recently so she went for extension, they asked the approval notice of the extension..
which we found out that it's lost. I see I-824 can be used to request approval notice , but the problem is right now Feb'06 _i824 is current so 6 month wait time is there. is there any way that we can expedite our I-824 to get the copy of approval notice.. because of this her visa is in pending...
any help is really appreciated...
