I arrived in the US in Nov 2005 and got a six month I-94, expiring May 2006 but eventually I applied for an extension and just got approval for B2 extnesion till November 2006.
A firm also applied to petition me for an immigrant worker petition (H Visa) which is still pending. I am thinking of going back to my home country instead before my I-94 expires and abandon the petition. They can just request to withdraw it right?
Now my question is, since this is my 3rd visit in the US, my first as a tourist (who stayed for a year) and my first two as a business visitor, will I have a hard time next time I come back for pleasure or business? Thinking that (1) I extended my stay and (2) A firm applied for a work petition for me.
