Can I extend an extension ?

Hi

I arrived in the USA on a B2 for 6 months.

I then completed a I539 and got an extension until Feb 7th 2007.

I would like to stay until mid-April - another 3 months.

What options do I have please ?

Can I submit another I539 on Feb 6th and hope it takes them until mid-April to process ?

If it is declined, can I stay whilst I submit an appeal?

OR does it state somewhere you cant submit a 2nd I539?

Could I take a cruise out of the US and just ask for the 90 day Visa Waiver on my return ?

Any ideas please ?

I can show proof of savings, $200k RV owned outright and a holiday home in Florida, so would hope they dont view me as a liability to the system.

there is no such law but it does not look like that a holiday home and RV will strengthen your case. In reality it harms it because it undermines your ties to your home country. Why will you leave all this here and go back ??
