Visitor Visa Extension-Writing Letter Question-Urgent!

I want to extend my aunt's stay here in the US by 6 months and am planning on sending in an application for an extention. My question is: She does not speak English so should I write the letter for why she wants to stay here as if she wrote it or say I am writing it for her if she does not speak English?
