My parents got a 10 year multiple entry visa in Feb 2007 and they were stamped for 6 months. They got the visa on 4th attempt finally. I would like to thank immihelp and everyone who has posted here,all your advices and experiences helped us.
Their 6 month stay ends on september 6th and I have applied for a visa extension until Dec 2007 as I am planning to go to India as well to attend my cousin's wedding. We have received a letter from INS saying that they have received the extension request and we have not heard anything else.
I would like to send my parents on an escorted tour to California, Las vegas via Thomas cook and their first avialable date is sept 24th. If we still don't hear back from INS by Sept 24th can my parents travel ?
