Hi! I had applied for extension of visitor Visa for my parents on the 30th of august, who have a 1 year multiple entry Visa and the current I-94 expires on Sept 5th. I still have not recd a Receipt and unfortunately I don't have the tracking rec for the mailed application. What should I do?
Would sending a letter with copy of money order and copy of application help? And would the del notification of that letter will help in proving that we did apply for extension and can they still stay until 22nd November which is the new travel date now. Would travelling to Canada be a solution?
