My mom got 10 yr visa. this is second time she is coming to usa. She came to USA for second time on January 29 2007 and she got i-94 for a period of six months till July 29 2007.
I wish to apply for extension of stay visa for my mom. When is the correct time to apply for extension stay visa before her i-94 expires i.e on July
29 2007?
What reasons can I keep so that she gets visa extension for stay?
If her application for visa extension gets rejected will her 10 yr visa also gets void? I have read that if visitor visa extension is denied and if visitor has 10 yr multiple entry visa that visa is considered automatically cancelled under section 222(g)?
What is the scenario in which she can get greencard?
Does she get greencard if either her son or daughter gets greencard?
It will be of immense help if give me answers for above questions.
